Transformative 4-Week Saturday Healing Program at Rudra Yoga


At Rudra Yoga, we understand the importance of holistic healing and well-being. Our 4-week Saturday Healing Program is designed to help you release trauma, stress, and emotional blocks while restoring balance and resilience to your mind, body, and spirit. Join us for this immersive journey of self-discovery and transformation, all within the comfort of a supportive community.

Week 1 & 2: Self-Discovery and Foundation Building

Session Times: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

During the first two weeks of the program, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and establish the foundation for healing. In these sessions, you will:

  • Attend an initial assessment and consultation with our trained practitioners to identify your specific goals and needs.
  • Receive a personalized program schedule that caters to your unique requirements and preferences.
  • Explore the foundational aspects of yoga through two to three classes each week, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative styles. These sessions will focus on breathwork, mindfulness, and movement to release tension, cultivate self-awareness, and connect with your inner wisdom.

Week 3: Release and Renewal

Session Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

During the third week, you’ll experience the transformative power of tremor therapy. This gentle and non-invasive modality helps release deep-seated tension and trauma stored in the body. Our trained tremor therapy practitioner will guide you through exercises designed to trigger and release involuntary tremors in your muscles, facilitating deep relaxation and healing.

Week 4: Emotional Freedom and Empowerment

Session Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

In the final week, you’ll explore the Shape of Emotion, a powerful method for dealing with emotions and achieving emotional balance. Our certified Emotional Fitness Coach will lead you through this process, helping you pinpoint, express, and change emotional patterns using visual, auditory, and movement cues. You’ll gain tools to overcome emotional roadblocks and access your natural peace, joy, and energy.

Tea and Community:
Throughout the program, enjoy tea and the camaraderie of fellow participants. Our community is an essential aspect of the healing process, offering support, understanding, and connection.


Our 4-week Saturday Healing Program at Rudra Yoga is a condensed journey of self-healing and transformation. By the end of this immersive experience, you’ll have gained valuable tools and insights to manage stress, release trauma, and nurture your well-being.
